Property Management Clerk

District: 0762— Western

Reports to: Site Lead, ISD

Job Summary: LEHI Washington, LLC is hiring a Property Management Clerk to manage a personal property inventory of approximately 3,500 accountable items valued at over $1 million. You will use an automated property management database, apply barcode decals, coordinate transfers and disposals, and support annual inventory campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter additions, transfers, and deletions in an automated property management database (approximately 400 entries per month)
  • Affix property decals and barcode labels to accountable property within 3 days of receipt
  • Track sensitive/non-accountable electronics with annual signature verification
  • Support annual physical inventory, including a one-day trip another site
  • Use software for property transfer, excess, and disposal — coordinate boxing, freight, and pickups
  • Coordinate donations of excess electronics to school programs
  • Research missing, lost, or damaged items using historical records
  • Generate exception, duplicate-decal, transfer, and inventory reports

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of inventory management, asset tracking, warehouse, or property control experience
  • Strong data-entry skills and database familiarity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license (occasional local property transport within 25 miles)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Attention to detail during fiscal year-end entry surges
  • Must pass a background investigation for facility badging

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
