Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account management professionals.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer retention and drive account growth.
- Manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Analyze customer data to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in account management and team leadership.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably with knowledge of SaaS solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
