In this full-time, remote position, you will play a vital role in strengthening our relationships with enterprise clients while optimizing customer success. Your expertise in understanding SaaS solutions will be essential in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account management professionals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer retention and drive account growth.
  • Manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Analyze customer data to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in account management and team leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably with knowledge of SaaS solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
