Base Pay: $30 ' $40+ per hour (Based on experience).

Core Responsibilities
Precision Rebuilds: Execute full disassembly, inspection, and rebuilding of diesel engines to OEM specifications.
Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize Detroit, Cummins, CAT, and Navistar software for complex electronic and mechanical troubleshooting.
Technical Analysis: Test, measure, and analyze engine components; perform detailed failure analysis to determine root causes.
Professional Communication: Maintain clear, proactive coordination with service writers, parts departments, and management.
Shop Stewardship: Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace at our specialized Engine Center.
Qualifications
Proven experience in heavy-duty engine overhaul and component-level repair.
Proficiency with major OEM diagnostic software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and shop safety.
