Pharmacy Operations Supervisor

Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities, ensuring a highly efficient workflow and a positive experience for our patients.

As a full-time certified pharmacy technician, you will:

• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain crucial patient and drug information, processing prescriptions accurately.
• Supervise and lead a team of pharmacy technicians and cashiers while adhering to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Take charge of the selection, scheduling, and professional development of pharmacy technician personnel.
• Lead training sessions, coaching, and performance management, including making decisions on discipline and terminations when necessary.
• Engage with customers and patients by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any complaints effectively.
