How you’ll contribute

  • Assist with patient assessments and treatments under provider supervision.
  • Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection; monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
  • Document patient care.
  • Maintain examination areas.
  • Maintain equipment and medical supplies, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform administrative or clerical duties such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
  • Complete other tasks within scope of position as delegated.

What we’re looking for

  • Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous medical office experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
  • CMA experience: at least 1 year.
