We are looking for a Growth Marketing manager to join our marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and lead demand generation programs across multiple channels, including email, nurture sequences, and webinars, to generate qualified leads.

Provide strategic guidance and execution direction for industry-specific verticals, staying informed on market landscape and trends.

Own and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows, such as lead nurturing, post-conversion journeys, onboarding touchpoints, and upsell/expansion campaigns, to maximize engagement and conversions.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to measure and report on demand generation performance, continuously optimizing campaigns for pipeline impact.

Build and scale industry/vertical segmentation for targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and programs to support vertical-specific growth.

Write compelling demand generation and lifecycle marketing content, including emails, nurture content, and webinar copy.

Conduct market research and deliver written reports and insights to Sales and Marketing teams.

Guide and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Sales on ICP/segmentation and pipeline goals, without direct people management responsibility.
