We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and dependable Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to patients throughout the San Fernando Valley. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Physical Therapist (PT):
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and mobility techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist (PT):
- Current California Physical Therapist license.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Home health experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
