Late Night Pizza Line Cook – Mad Anthony’s Pizza | Downtown Cincinnati

Mad Anthony’s Pizza is hiring a late-night pizza line cook for our downtown Cincinnati location.

We’re looking for someone who likes working fast, clean, and focused. This is a good fit for a line cook who wants steady night hours, a tight menu, and a growing local restaurant group.

Pay

$18/hr + BOH tip share

Expected effective pay: $19–22/hr, depending on sales and tips.

Schedule

Late-night shifts, especially Friday and Saturday nights till 2am.

Potential for 3–5 shifts per week, depending on availability and fit.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas to Mad Anthony’s standards

Work the pizza station, fryer, and late-night line as needed

Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized

Follow recipes, portioning, and food safety standards

Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH during service

Help with closing duties at the end of the shift

Maintain quality and urgency during high-volume periods

What We’re Looking For

Prior kitchen or line cook experience

Pizza experience is a plus, but not required

Reliable night and weekend availability

Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service

Pride in clean, organized work

Willingness to follow systems and take coaching

Strong attendance and punctuality
