Tow Truck Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role requires someone who is dependable, punctual, safety-minded, and able to work independently while providing excellent service to our customers and strong communication with dispatch.

Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable for this position.

Duties

• Safely operate a tow truck and all related towing equipment
• Perform daily pre-check and post-check inspections of the truck and equipment, reporting any issues to the manager immediately
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at every call
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and follow company protocols at all times
• Accurately and efficiently handle vehicle transports, tows, and service calls
• Care for company equipment, ensuring cleanliness, proper use, and reporting any damage or concerns
• Work independently and manage time effectively throughout the shift
• Demonstrate consistent punctuality and dependable attendance

Qualifications

• Clean DMV record (no major violations)
• Clear background check
• Proven experience driving and operating a tow truck
• Strong understanding of towing equipment operation and safety procedures
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance

PART TIME / MONDAY - FRIDAY (5:00AM - 10:00AM)

WEEKENDS/STATE HOLIDAYS OFF
