Description
- Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create tailored treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
- Work collaboratively with a team of nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families regarding therapy goals, discharge planning, and appropriate home exercises
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress as per facility and regulatory requirements
- Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure cohesive patient care
Education • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Certifications • Valid state licen
