About Atomic Transport:

• We are hiring out of our Nashville, TN location
• Atomic Transport has 25 terminals all throughout the South-East and Mid-West.

Aluminum Welder & Fabricator/Mechanic:

• Hourly pay up to $30-$32/hr., based on experience, tools, and certifications.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year experience as a welder, mechanic, or fabricator.
• A valid driver’s license is required, CDL-A is a plus.
• Ability to work early morning and/or evening.
• Aluminum welding experience is required, diesel mechanic experience is a plus.

Aluminum Welder & Fabricator/Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Primary function is aluminum welding & fabrication in trailer repair shop
• Perform minor and major repairs on aluminum open-top trailers.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on aluminum open-top trailers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Diagnose problems and plan repairs.
• Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks.
• Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
• The ability to work as a team or in a solo setting.
• Must have own basic hand tools.
• Specialty and larger tools will be provided.

Atomic Transport Safety Information:

• We require a pre-employment background check.
