HEART MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION is looking for outstanding individuals with an exceptional work ethic, a quick ability to learn, and a willingness to grow.
As one of the fastest-growing companies in Southern California, we currently cover seven counties. We offer on-the-job training to become a Gurney Van Technician with no prior experience needed. This role provides an opportunity to learn the pre-fundamentals of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) work.
We are looking for candidates interested in entering the EMS industry or pursuing careers as EMTs, Paramedics, Firefighters, Police Officers, Nursing, or just simply wanting to grow within the company.
While an EMT certification/ license is not needed to apply, a First Aid/ CPR certificate and a valid Drivers License are required.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a stretcher-gurney, wheelchair and vehicle to transport passengers to and from medical centers
- Provide excellent care and safety to the community
- Ensure the vehicle is properly supplied and well-maintained
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulatory laws
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong personal service skills
- Ability to operate equipment and vehicles
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to perform lifting, pushing and pulling of patients-passengers as needed
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
