Accounting Manager - Family Office

We are conducting a search for a hands-on, sole contributor Accounting Manager role on behalf of a well-established family office with over $1 billion in assets under management.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, managing the month-end close process, and preparing financial reporting across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of public accounting/CPA firm and private industry experience, strong technical accounting skills, and the ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative environment where they can both lead and execute.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Public accounting foundation strongly preferred
• 7 years + of experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach
