Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager supports execution of growth initiatives by managing outreach, CRM systems, lead tracking, and relationship development with a strong focus on AI-enhanced prospecting and automation.
Position Details:
Location: Northbrook, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage CRM pipeline and lead tracking systems
Conduct outreach and relationship development activities
Support referral and partnership engagement
Track conversion and performance metrics
Assist in proposal and pitch development
Maintain business development reporting dashboards
AI & Automation Requirement
Must use AI tools for lead generation and prospecting
Responsible for automating CRM updates and pipeline tracking
Expected to leverage AI for outreach personalization and market research
Must continuously improve efficiency of business development workflows through automation
