Plumber / Plumbing Installer – Water Filtration Systems

LUQ Water is expanding in the Richmond, VA market and we’re looking for a reliable installer to handle residential water filtration system installs.

This is not a sales role.

All jobs are pre-sold, scheduled, and dispatched to you.

If you have basic plumbing experience and want consistent, well-paid work without chasing customers, this is a strong opportunity.

What the Work Looks Like

• Install whole-home water filtration systems (softeners, carbon, etc.)
• Jobs are already sold and scheduled for you
• Most installs take 1–2 hours once experienced
• Typically 2–3 jobs per day once ramped

You’ll start lighter while learning, then scale up quickly.

Training (We Cover It)

• We will train you over 3 days
• Hands-on installs + system walkthroughs
• Simple, repeatable install process
• Ongoing support as needed

You do not need prior water filtration experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick up system (scheduled pickup times)
• Review job details/photos before arrival
• Complete clean, professional installs
• Handle basic materials (Home Depot/Lowe’s if needed)
• Communicate clearly if anything comes up

Requirements

• Plumbing experience (required)
• Comfortable with PEX, copper, PVC, CPVC
• Truck or van (to transport tanks)
• Professional, reliable, shows up on time
• Able to travel within Richmond and surrounding areas (up to ~1–2 hours)

Preferred (not required)

• Licensed plumber
• Previous water filtration install experience

Compensation Details

• $350 – $600 per install depending on job
• Paid per job (1099)
• 3–4 installs/week starting
• Ramp to 5–10+ installs/week
