Job Title: Customer Care Specialist / Call center representative
Location: Mesa, AZ 85201 – Hybrid
Pay range: $21.50 - $22.00 – Bilingual candidates will make $23/hr. after training.
Position Type/Duration of Assignment: Call Center – 8 months – Possible extensions
Hours/Schedule(if training schedule include here): 6am-2:30pm/7am-3:30pm depends on daylight savings.
Must haves:
- Call Center or Fast paced operations environment
- High school diploma/GED completed
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Spanish is plus
Job Description:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months+ customer service experience (call-center preferred).
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate between applications, including Microsoft Office
- Passion for working in a team and being collaborative, but able to work independently.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and able to speak authentically.
- Flexibility to work any shift. Current hours of operation are between the hours of 9:00AM to 5:30PM EST time M-F.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus!
What You'll Do:
- Handle high-volume servicing calls with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Resolve customer concerns related to violations and billing issues, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Keep a calm and professional tone, even when faced with tough or unhappy customers.
- Potential bilingual communication in Spanish is a significant plus, enhancing service quality.
