Position Overview

We’re hiring General Production Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and want to grow within a team that values accountability and respect. Candidates hired into this role will be considered for a range of positions based on skills, interests, and production needs — including Assembly (Leafer), Coil Winding, Coil Repair, Welding, Insulation Cutting, Power Low Voltage, and Semi-Skilled roles.

You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors, learn new skills, and contribute directly to building products that keep the lights on across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Perform various hands-on production duties including assembly, operating equipment, welding, or coil repair depending on assignment.

Follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality and accuracy.

Operate machinery safely and efficiently; perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas.

Conduct visual and quality checks throughout production stages.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.

Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required — training provided.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability.

Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.

Open availability required — business hours and schedules may change based on production needs.

Shift Information

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

All new hires start on 2nd Shift unless discussed.

Overtime may be required, including early start times or later end times.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.

Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.

PPE: Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.

Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).

Stamina: Stand for long shifts.

Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.

Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
