Project Recruiter

Supporting the Sales and Services organizations, the remote Project Recruiter will focus on sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing high-volume outreach during a six-month project. Key responsibilities Source and engage passive candidates across various functions using diverse tools and channels Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit before advancing them to hiring managers Maintain organized documentation in the ATS to ensure clear communication and pipeline visibility for the team Required qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing-heavy or high-volume environments Experience recruiting for Sales, Client Success, Account Management, or Services roles in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple candidates and searches simultaneously Familiarity with modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS platforms Proactive and self-directed, able to work effectively in a support capacity
