Supporting the Corporate Insurance Team in a full-time remote capacity, the Corporate Insurance Specialist will manage insurance-related administrative tasks, collaborate with local practices to address insurance risks, and coordinate with external brokers for policy management and renewals. Key responsibilities Handle insurance-related administrative and operational tasks while collaborating across the organization Identify and address insurance risks arising from daily operations, contracts, and business transactions Process insurance requests and maintain insurance data using tools like Smartsheet and Excel Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred At least 3 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in healthcare Insurance certifications such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, CWCA, or AAI are encouraged Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle confidential information
