HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a growing engineering and manufacturing company to hire a Bilingual Project Manager / Sales Specialist. This role combines customer relationship management, business development, and project coordination responsibilities to support continued growth across the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is outgoing, proactive, and comfortable building relationships with customers while coordinating internally to ensure successful project execution.
Title: Bilingual Project Manager / Sales Specialist
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: North Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: 80-90K DOE
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen partnerships and identify additional business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Monitor project and order status, ensuring timely communication between customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, contact information, and sales activity reports.
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and customer payment inquiries.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and management teams to support customer needs and project success.
- Track sales performance and support company growth objectives.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed.
- Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, project coordination, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional, dependable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial clients is a plus.
- Candidates open to future collaboration with Taiwan-based teams or long-term overseas assignments are highly preferred.
