Description - Key Responsibilities• Conduct both routine and complex clinical lab tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-adhering to established laboratory protocols.

• Examine test results for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory devices.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for various tests as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and assist in maintaining the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure the lab remains a clean, secure workspace by complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications• Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) from ASCP or AMT, to be obtained within one year of your start date.

• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
