To support a growing service delivery team, the full-time remote South Dakota Licensed Insurance Account Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, focusing on policy renewals, new business leads, and enhancing customer relationships while training junior team members. Key responsibilities Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business Evaluate carrier relationships and provide quality service to clients Required qualifications 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience working in an Agency Management System Industry designations preferred, such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
