Role Requirements

To be successful as a Shift Supervisor / Barista Lead, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Consistent and punctual attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Commitment to upholding store operational standards, including quality control, cash management, and store safety
• Minimum of six months of experience in a customer-focused role
• Experience preparing or overseeing the preparation of food and beverages according to recipes
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating teams of two or more employees
