We are looking for a passionate and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will work within the school setting to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students, helping them achieve their academic and social goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address student communication needs.
• Track and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate students and families on techniques to improve communication skills.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development sessions.
• Maintain accurate and current records of student evaluations and progress.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Preferably, experience working in a school environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A compassionate and student-centered approach.
