Customer Support Specialist- Hourly PLUS COMMISION!

Fenix Pest Control is a family owned company, servicing residential and commercial customers with removing and preventing pests for over 10 years. We are expanding quickly, and looking to add a motivated teammate to our growing team. Our Customer Support Specialists play an integral part in creating an amazing customer experience; working directly with the customers, technicians and management, this position is the backbone of our operation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer phone calls, emails and texts from customers and technicians.
• Perform receptionist duties.
• Engage with customers calling about issues, questions or concerns.
• Schedule new client appointments.
• Re-schedule appointments for customers and technicians.
• Follow-up on incoming sales leads; commission included!
• Assist in billing and collections; incentives included!

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer Service experience a must.
• Technical, computer and application skills a plus.
• Must be motivated, driven, and dedicated.

Pay

• $17-$18 an hour PLUS commission on sales!
• Team and individual bonus opportunities
• Performance based raises each year

• 9:00-5:30
