Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email

Support the sales team with order entry, tracking, and follow-up

Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
