As a Licensed Insurance Specialist, the remote Property and Casualty Insurance Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while addressing inquiries with professional excellence in a non-sales capacity. Key responsibilities Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with care Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication Resolve issues on the first call by demonstrating empathy and understanding while managing sensitive customer information Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
