Associate Merchandise Planner

Supporting the planning and allocation processes, the full-time remote Associate Merchandise Planner will develop merchandise plans, analyze sales trends, and prepare reports to optimize inventory and maximize sales across assigned product categories. Key responsibilities Assist in creating annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly assortment plans aligned with financial targets Manage reforecasting of category plans and analyze business trends to inform markdown and promotional strategies Coordinate with Merchants and Allocation Team to implement seasonal strategies based on various market factors Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in planning systems and BI tools preferred Ability to convey complex data clearly across all organizational levels Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments Collaborative team player with a strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
