Location: Savannah, GA (in-center)

Salary: $87,000-$105,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities

Sign-on bonus available: Up to $10K for a limited time

Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! WFH options available.

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans

Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals

Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians

Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes

Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions

Participate in team meetings , case reviews, and professional development

The Role

We are seeking a full-time, passionate QBA to join our team in a hybrid position . This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care

Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs

Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making

Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs

Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance

Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
