Responsibilities
- Work alongside a Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks.
- Perform general concrete repair tasks including demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, and finishing.
- Operate power tools such as rotary hammers, chipping hammers, and hammer drills.
- Handle post‑tension repair, rebar/post‑tension installation and stressing.
- Travel independently between projects.
Qualifications
- Focused on safety in all situations and environments.
- Comfortable with the use of standard PPE at construction sites.
- Team‑ and solution‑oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
- Experienced construction field technician or laborer.
- Knowledge of concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting, and placement/tying of rebar is advantageous.
- Knowledge of installation and/or stressing of post‑tensioning systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with new construction and existing buildings.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week.
- Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
- Union ironworkers/rodbusters with the ability to work union or open‑shop projects is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule
- 10‑hour shift
- 8‑hour shift
Location and Travel
Work location is in person; occasional meetings will take place in Fort Worth, Texas.
Additional Requirements
Must provide own transportation, a valid driver’s license, and pass DMV record screening. Pre‑employment drug screen is required.
