Guiding clients through the mortgage process, the full-time Indiana Licensed Loan Officer will leverage their mortgage origination expertise to build relationships, consult on financial situations, and assist clients from application to closing in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to drive lead generation and business development Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and determine appropriate loan products Assist clients throughout the loan process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing Required qualifications Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses Strong professional communication and time management skills Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
