This part-time role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned healthcare site while giving you the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts when it works for you. ### Schedule and how the role works
This position lists the Job Schedule as: Day. Time. Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM. You will be hired for a designated site and a weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. The assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. In addition to your fixed shift, the Earn More, Claim

You can work part-time hours one week and full-time the next; the posting notes opportunities to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back when needed.
### What you will do day-to-day
You will provide on-site customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Responding to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner is expected, including documenting details and communicating with site contacts or emergency personnel when needed. Regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter are part of the role to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitoring access points and visitor activity, directing foot traffic, enforcing location rules, and reporting security-related concerns involving restricted or sensitive areas will be routine. Support of daily healthcare operations—assisting with de-escalation, providing directions, and reporting maintenance, environmental, or security-related issues observed during patrols—is also included.
### Who we're looking for
Candidates must meet several location- and role-specific requirements. Must be willing to meet hospital vaccine requirements and able to work in a hospital environment that includes morgue areas. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
