Landscape Crew Foreman / Sales Representative

About the Role

Bautista Landscape & Design is looking for a motivated leader who can confidently manage landscaping crews while also meeting with homeowners and helping grow the business.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience in landscaping or hardscaping, enjoys leading a team, and has the personality to build relationships and sell projects.

No two days are the same—you'll be leading jobs on-site, meeting with potential customers, creating estimates, and helping deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape crews on residential projects
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Meet with homeowners for consultations and estimates
• Build relationships and close new landscape and hardscape projects
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job site operations
• Communicate with customers throughout each project
• Train and motivate crew members
• Travel to job sites throughout Illinois and Northwest Indiana

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscaping, hardscaping, or construction experience
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Sales or estimating experience is a major plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read plans and oversee installations
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

• $22–$38/hour based on experience
