Overview

Are you a motivated, competitive communicator who enjoys sales, real estate, and building relationships over the phone?

The KeyGlee North Team is looking for a driven Real Estate Agent Outreach Specialist to join our wholesale real estate team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to real estate agents to identify off-market, coming-soon, distressed, or investor-friendly property opportunities.

This is not a traditional real estate agent position. You will spend your day making high-volume outbound calls, building relationships with agents, and uncovering properties that may be a good fit for our investor buyers.

We provide the systems, scripts, training, CRM, leads, dialer, coaching, and team support. You will need to provide your own laptop/computer.

This is a commission-only sales role with significant income potential. Every person who has been with our team for more than one year in this role is currently earning over $100,000 annually. Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to real estate agents
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents throughout the market
  • Ask agents about off-market, coming-soon, distressed, vacant, estate, investor-friendly, or hard-to-sell properties
  • Identify potential wholesale opportunities that may be a fit for our investor buyers
  • Use our CRM, dialer, scripts, and systems to track conversations and follow up consistently
  • Follow up with agents regularly to stay top-of-mind for future opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity, professionalism, and accountability
  • Participate in team training, coaching, sales meetings, and performance reviews
  • Represent the team professionally when speaking with other real estate professionals

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
  • Sales, phone sales, real estate, recruiting, appointment setting, or cold calling experience preferred
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, email, and basic technology
  • Real estate knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Must be organized, accountable, and willing to follow a proven process

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role.

Current team members who have been in this role for more than one year are earning over $100,000 annually (the range for the last 12 months is currently $136,435 - $245,506). Income depends on activity level, consistency, skill development, and closed deals. No income is guaranteed.

Schedule

Full-time required, Monday - Friday.

This role is best suited for someone who is available during normal business hours when real estate agents are actively working and answering calls.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry, coachable, competitive, and comfortable spending most of the day on the phone. You do not need to be a real estate expert to start, but you do need to be willing to learn, follow the system, and put in the daily activity required to succeed.

Licensing

A real estate license is required for this role long-term.

If you do not currently have your real estate license, you may still be considered for one of our ISA calling roles. In an ISA role, you would make outbound calls, build sales experience, learn our systems, and develop toward a licensed real estate position.

High-performing ISA team members may be eligible for company-sponsored real estate licensing support, including reimbursement or assistance with licensing costs, based on performance, consistency, and team needs.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
