We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Company President to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in insurance operations, underwriting, claims management, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and reinsurance placement. This executive will drive sustainable growth, strengthen operational excellence, and cultivate a high-performing, inclusive culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, long-term objectives, and growth initiatives.
- Provide executive oversight of all insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, customer service, compliance, finance, and risk management.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, and capital management to ensure strong organizational performance.
- Oversee reinsurance strategy, negotiations, and placement to optimize risk exposure and financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, reinsurers, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitive conditions, and emerging risks to position the organization for continued success.
- Drive operational efficiency and organizational performance through innovation, technology, and process improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, diversity, and professional development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience within the insurance industry.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance products, underwriting practices, claims administration, reinsurance placement, and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational leadership, and organizational growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, forecasting, and risk analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
