Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Real Estate company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily administrative operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily front-office and back-office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Support senior leadership with special projects and administrative tasks.
  • Client interaction responds to inquiries, resolve issues.

Bookkeeping & Financial Administration

  • Maintain company documentation, file systems, and databases while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Work with CPA during tax preparation and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in small business or professional office environments.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Microsoft Office, Word Perfect, Quickbooks
