Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Real Estate company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily administrative operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Office Management
- Oversee daily front-office and back-office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Support senior leadership with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Client interaction responds to inquiries, resolve issues.
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Maintain company documentation, file systems, and databases while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Work with CPA during tax preparation and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in small business or professional office environments.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Microsoft Office, Word Perfect, Quickbooks
