Responsibilities Create lasting connections with clients and understand their needs through active listening.
Coordinate appointments for clients ready to move forward with their home search, working closely with listing and buyer agents.
Support the client experience through comprehensive training programs and scenario-based role-playing.
Contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment that emphasizes continuous personal and professional development.
Compensation $75,000+ yearly
Qualifications and Skills Engaging, persistent, and patient; understands that lead conversion is a marathon, not a sprint.
Strong listening and communication abilities to align with prospective homebuyers’ desires.
Ability to work collaboratively with agents to move clients through the home search process.
