To support a growing team, the full-time remote Care Account Operations Advisor will manage complex customer inquiries, ensure quality assurance of sensitive financial information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on account operations processes, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email Own a case queue end-to-end, driving timely and accurate resolution while partnering with various internal teams Proactively identify process gaps and contribute ideas to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction Required qualifications 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in escalations or account management Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-step issues with accuracy Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
