Lehigh Valley Logistics is a growing 3PL warehousing company located in Allentown, PA. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and customized logistics solutions for our clients.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager / Customer Service Manager to oversee customer relationships, manage office operations, and work closely with our warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Coordinate inbound shipments, outbound orders, and inventory-related activities
- Work closely with warehouse management to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor customer service performance and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Process orders and communicate updates to customers
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records within customer portals and warehouse management systems
- Assist with onboarding new customers and implementing account requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain, or 3PL operations preferred
- Previous customer service or account management experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
