About Us

Lehigh Valley Logistics is a growing 3PL warehousing company located in Allentown, PA. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and customized logistics solutions for our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager / Customer Service Manager to oversee customer relationships, manage office operations, and work closely with our warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, outbound orders, and inventory-related activities
  • Work closely with warehouse management to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor customer service performance and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Process orders and communicate updates to customers
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records within customer portals and warehouse management systems
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and implementing account requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain, or 3PL operations preferred
  • Previous customer service or account management experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
