We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to lead residential retrofit and replacement installations. The ideal candidate has experience managing a two-person installation crew and enjoys coaching and developing helpers or apprentices.

Experienced HVAC Installer

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with overtime available as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC retrofit and system replacement installations from start to finish
• Train and support installation helpers or apprentices
• Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation
• Answer customer questions and explain installed products and equipment
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project
• Report to the shop each morning, clock in using ServiceTitan, and prepare for scheduled installations

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous lead installer experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Experience training or mentoring installation helpers
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Must have basic HVAC hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
