Job Description:

The position at Starbucks as Client Service Agent entails tasks such as drink preparation, customer support, and assisting with daily store operations in a dynamic coffee shop atmosphere. Client Service Agents are tasked with taking orders from customers, managing transactions, crafting coffee and espresso concoctions, producing cold drinks and menu items, ensuring cleanliness in the workspace, stocking necessary supplies, and offering courteous service to patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso, and cold drinks, in adherence to company recipes and standards.
  • Precisely record customer orders and manage payment processing utilizing the register for cash and credit transactions.
  • Deliver customer support that is welcoming, prompt, and customized to each person.
  • Get ready dishes and guarantee appropriate treatment in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Ensure that the work area, tools, and customer zones are neat and tidy.
  • Ensure cups, ingredients, and supplies are refilled as required throughout the shift.
  • Offer assistance with drive-thru operations where it is relevant.
  • Work together with team members to ensure swift and accurate processing of orders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.
