Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Experienced Guest Services Agent at the Houston Marriott Westchase. This dual role involves responsibilities as a Front Desk Agent and as a Telephone Agent.

The candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional service. Previous experience at a full-service hotel is preferred. This is a full-time position with various shift requirements, including weekends.
