Agency Sales and Growth Manager

The Agency Sales and Growth Manager for Cedarbrook Insurance Group, a division of Cavco Industries, is responsible for owning and driving agency revenue growth through the leadership, development, and expansion of a high-performing sales organization. This role is accountable for producer productivity, sales process effectiveness, and talent acquisition, while building a disciplined, performance-driven culture. The Agency Sales Manager partners cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and carrier partners to optimize lead generation, conversion, and overall sales performance. This position offers a base salary of $80,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $200,000.
