PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

The Women’s Coordinator is a supervisory leadership position responsible for the coordination and oversight of clinical and operational services for residents of Morning Star Community (MSC). The position supports the Program

Director by ensuring effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and continuity of care throughout the resident continuum, including referral, admission,treatment, and discharge.

All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with OASAS regulations, SCO Family of Services policies and procedures, and applicable state and agency requirements.
