Environmental Services Lead | FT

Under the direction of the EVS Manager, the EVS Lead supports the coordination of the daily Environmental Services operations. This role provides training, guidance, and subject matter expertise to staff and collaborates to align daily work priorities and serves as a key point of communication between staff, leadership, and internal customers. As a subject matter expert in environmental services practices, the Lead monitors quality standards and communicates observations or trends, and overall cleanliness to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming hospital environment. By upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety, the Environmental Services Lead plays a vital role in promoting the health, well-being, and recovery of patients, as well as the satisfaction of visitors and staff.
