Loan Origination/Sales

Trentium Capital is looking for motivated loan originators and sales professionals to join our growing residential transition lending platform.

We specialize in business-purpose lending for real estate investors, builders, and developers, with products including ground-up construction, fix & flip, bridge, recapitalization, and DSCR loans. Our platform gives originators the ability to compete across a wide range of opportunities, from smaller balance investor loans to larger transactions up to $15MM.

What You’ll Do

• Originate business-purpose residential real estate loans across construction, fix & flip, bridge, recap, and DSCR products
• Build relationships with real estate investors, builders, developers, brokers, and referral partners
• Source new lending opportunities and manage borrower relationships from initial conversation through closing
• Help structure loan opportunities based on leverage, experience, project type, exit strategy, and borrower needs
• Work closely with internal processing, underwriting, capital, and closing teams to move deals efficiently
• Maintain organized pipeline activity through the company’s CRM and loan origination systems
• Represent Trentium Capital professionally in the market and help grow the company’s lending footprint

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in private lending, mortgage lending, real estate finance, business development, or sales
• Strong ability to prospect, network, and build long-term referral relationships
• Comfortable speaking with real estate investors, builders, developers, and brokers
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial
• Ability to understand borrower needs and identify the right lending solution
• Interest in joining a fast-growing company with long-term career upside
