Armed Foot Patrol Officer Needed

Preventive Measures Security Firm, LLC has recently acquired multiple new armed security accounts in the Northeast and Southeast areas of the Las Vegas Valley. We are actively seeking highly motivated and professional Armed Foot Patrol Officers to join our growing team and follow our standardized armed security procedures.

Experience is required. Applicants must possess a current Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card.

This position requires officers who are willing and able to work outdoors throughout all four seasons, including winter, spring, summer, and fall.

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must possess:

• A current Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card
• A valid Nevada State ID
• A smartphone
• A clean driving record (if operating a company vehicle or golf cart)
• A minimum of two (2) years of armed security experience

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00+ per hour

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
• 8-Hour Shifts
• In-Person Position
• Remote Work Not Available

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned properties and areas to maintain safety and security.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to incidents as necessary.
• Manage conflicts and utilize de-escalation techniques.
• Provide First Aid and CPR when required.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of activities and incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and security protocols.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and company requirements.

Professional Appearance Required

Applicants must arrive in professional attire and be prepared to make a positive first impression.

Application Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Clothing must be clean, pressed, professional, and properly fitted. Baggy pants and unprofessional attire are not permitted.
