WeCo Rooter is hiring three highly experienced Service Plumbers in West Columbia. This is a Level 4 role for plumbers who can diagnose confidently, communicate clearly, and take real pride in serving both customers and the community.

EARNINGS: $80,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience and performance

SCHEDULE: Full-time, typically about 50 hours per week

LOCATION: In person, serving West Columbia and the greater Columbia area

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair water supply, drain, waste, vent, and gas systems, including complex corrosion, hard-water, freezing, and pressure problems
• Service, repair, and replace traditional, tankless, and recirculating water heaters and other plumbed appliances
• Troubleshoot and install pressure-booster and recirculation systems
• Work confidently with residential and light-commercial plumbing, including private well and septic systems
• Diagnose hydronic heating, indirect-waste, and specialty plumbing systems
• Complete work that meets or exceeds local, state, and national plumbing codes
• Present clear, honest repair and upgrade options using the Plumbing Sales Coach approach—educate customers without pressure
• Complete accurate estimates, service reports, and digital documentation
• Lead by example, support less-experienced technicians, and protect a safe, professional jobsite
• Represent WeCo proudly in every home and neighborhood you enter

WHAT LEVEL 4 MEANS AT WECO

Level 4 is more than a pay grade. It means technical mastery, sound judgment, professional communication, and the ability to earn trust quickly. You understand that the best service combines excellent plumbing with genuine care for the customer.

You likely bring:

• 5+ years of residential or light-commercial plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic ability across supply, drain, waste, vent, gas, water-heater, and pressure systems
• Current knowledge of plumbing codes and safe work practices
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A Journeyman or Master plumbing license, preferred
• Plumbing Sales Coach Level 4 training, or a willingness to complete it after hire
• The ability to present options clearly and professionally
• High standards for workmanship, appearance, attitude, and follow-through
• A willingness to mentor teammates and keep learning
• A genuine heart for serving people and the community
