PCAH of South Tampa is hiring Home Health Aides to join our growing team. We serve clients across the South Tampa area and are looking for caring, dependable people who want to build a career in home health care.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00/hour after 20 hour probation period
• Paid weekly – every Friday
• Flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Tiered bonuses up to $1000

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
• Keeping clients' homes clean, safe, and comfortable
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
• Providing friendly conversation and emotional support
• Transporting clients to appointments and errands
• Reporting any changes in client condition to the care team

What We're Looking For

• Valid Florida driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
• Eligible to work in the United States
• CPR/BLS Certification
• HHA or HCA certification (or willingness to obtain with our support)
• Caring attitude and strong reliability
• Background check required
