About This Opening

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic position in Grain Valley, MO. This is a hands-on clinical role focused on helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, improve strength and mobility, manage pain, and return to the activities they need and enjoy.

The clinic serves patients from 11 to 90 years old , with a primary caseload of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with a clinical team of 2 PTs and 2 PTAs , using WebPT for documentation.

This position is open to both new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists. Salary is based on experience.

Salary Range

$65,000–$70,000 per year for new graduates

$80,000–$90,000 per year for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience

Clinic Details

Modern outpatient orthopedic setting

Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day

Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 visits per week

Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants

EMR: WebPT

Patient Age Range: 11–90 years old

Main Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Preferred Scheduling

Preferred Schedule: Four 10-Hour Days

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Tuesday off each week

Alternative Schedule: Monday–Friday

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Perform initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning

Treat patients with orthopedic injuries, postural concerns, pain, weakness, mobility limits, and functional movement needs

Develop treatment plans that support measurable recovery goals

Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, gait training, and functional activities

Educate patients on home programs, movement modifications, and long-term self-management

Document patient care clearly and efficiently in WebPT

Support patients through each stage of therapy, from evaluation to discharge
